📄 Group Coaching Terms & Participation Policy – Fertility Foundations We’re so glad you’ve joined the Fertility Foundations Group Coaching Programme — designed to offer practical, compassionate, doctor-led support in a small, safe community. To help everyone get the most from the experience, here are a few key things to know: 💬 Format & Schedule This programme includes 6 live sessions via Zoom, held fortnightly on Wednesdays at 8pm (UK time) from 10th September to 19th November 2025. Each session lasts around 60 minutes, with space for shared reflection and practical guidance. ⏱️ Attendance & Recordings We know life is unpredictable. The aim is to record all sessions so that you can catch up if you miss one — though please note that recordings can’t be guaranteed due to occasional tech issues or safeguarding limits. To protect the small-group feel and fairness to others, we’re unable to offer refunds or partial credits for missed sessions. 🔁 Rescheduling & Contingency If Dr Divpreet is ever unexpectedly unavailable (life happens!), an alternative date will be offered so you still receive all 6 live sessions in full. 🔐 Access & Sharing Your place in the programme is for your individual use only. We kindly ask that Zoom links, resources, or recordings aren’t shared outside the group — this helps maintain a safe and confidential space for everyone. 🙏 Refunds & Flexibility Due to the nature of live group coaching and limited spaces, all bookings are non-refundable.
